L ' Ayurveda or Indian medicine, has ancient origins (she was born about 5000 years ago) and is based on the principle of balance between body, mind and spirit.
Ayurveda attaches importance to food to maintain this balance and, as with other natural medicines, weight loss may be associated with those requirements of the purification of the body.
According to the 'Ayurveda nessuno di noi assimila gli alimenti allo stesso modo.
E 'imaginative, strong courageous.
type Kapha (earth + water) is a person of strong constitution, it tends to gain weight, have skin soft, bright, shiny hair and thick, it is slow moving, but energetic and very reliable.
There should be a limit to the food you eat: If you exceed feeding us is doomed to suffering.
To protect and preserve the body, food is necessary, but if you cross the boundary at the body needs the functioning of our bodies will be shaken. We
air around us but not them breathe more than we need: eat moderately is the best medicine: Cattle Dogs have better food abitutudini: fever when they refuse the food ...
Eat at regular intervals, do a little exercise and take your time with work. Sit at the table with a bit 'of hunger: you wait to eat again until you feel the need to refill my stomach.
The quality and quantity of food determine our thoughts and feelings!
the food is of three types
satvic : promotes peace and harmony when
rajasic : When passion and desire stimulates
tamasic : when it leads to sloth and torpor
Non-vegetarian food affects not only the physical body of man but also has deleterious effects on the mind. Eating meat develops a tendency to violence and disease.
FOOD satvic
keep the body young and your mind clear, give health, patience and tolerance is the ideal food for all mankind.
foods are pure, natural, raw: fruits and vegetables raw or undercooked if necessary (and soy beans, which you can find all the energy in shoots)
organic farmers and non-transgenic if they grow on the land are more suitable than those that grow below ground.
grains and semi-soaked ground and
yogurt, whey milk, curdled milk, fresh raw in moderate quantities but also algae (milk protein not all are good) olive oil
walnuts, almonds, coconut pulp and water.
pure water (never cold before and after meals)
FOOD rajas
facilitate the option of hatred and love, excitement and boredom, pleasure and pain ...
food too salty, too spicy and too sweet, sour and bitter
meat and fish eggs and dairy too
dry food and oil
food treated with chemical fertilizers
cooked food twice and heated
wine and spirits ( excess Tamas: drinking you lose control of emotions, instincts, language)
FOOD TAMAS
lead to laziness and indolence
all food, cooked and heated especially when cooked in water (do not keep cooked food for a day or two!)
excess food and meat
preserved fish, sausages and wine alcohol
coffee, tea and chocolate
refined white sugar (it is a carcinogen!)
pasteurized milk, long-life animal fats
preservatives and flavoring
View our size and strength of an elephant yet it is vegetarian! The cow, which many kills to feed is an example of gentleness, strength and generosity
is NOT impossible to live without eating meat!
Vegetarians have more strength of character of those who eat meat and are less prone to diseases.
