I Want To Get Stomach Flu

Fear of heavy metals? Make a pesto! OleOle

Based on the comments of a Japanese physician, Dr. Yoshiaki Omura, fresh coriander leaves would be able to detoxify the body from metal heavy. According to the same, the consumption of soups made from this spice enhances the urinary excretion of mercury, probably through a mechanism of chelation.

Formula for a cilantro pesto:
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 / 3 cup Brazil nuts (selenium)
- 1 / 3 cup sunflower seeds (cysteine)
- 1 / 3 cup pumpkin seeds (zinc, magnesium)
- 2 cups fresh coriander leaves (vitamin A)
- 2 / 3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice (vitamin C)
- 2 teaspoons of powdered dulse seaweed
- sea salt to taste.

Preparation: Mix well the cilantro and extra virgin olive oil in a blender, then add the garlic, seeds, nuts, seaweed and lemon juice. Blend all the ingredients to reduce it to a cream. Add a pinch of salt and blend again. Pour the sauce into a dark glass container and seal. Store in refrigerator. Take two teaspoons of the sauce to twice daily for three consecutive weeks. At the same time, take the tablets alga Chlorella: coriander chelates metals and transports them to the intestine. Chlorella binds them in the intestines and carries them out with feces.
